Having a combined experience, knowledge awareness and skill set in the field of inclusion transformation, spanning over 80 years, we were keen to challenge our preconceptions about what the future should look like for people in the world of work.
In our time in the field we have worked with organisation across the across the expanse of the not-for-profit sectors, public, social enterprise,third Sector and non-governmental organisation.
Our experience has shown us that wanting to be something encompassing can be challenging. Stakeholders cannot always articulate what they want and often don’t recognize the changes that might be necessary to achieve the ‘difference’ they say they seek.
New generations are pushing for dramatically differing ways of working and technology is enabling broadening opportunities for cross-cultural and many other ways of inclusive coexistence in the work environment.
What enables or diminishes this is leadership.
Global HPO aims to provide executive, senior leadership and management levels in organisations an opportunity, in a safe space, to think through and engage with the ideas of inclusive change.
This is important because to engage in inclusivity – without having a‘green field site’ (i.e. not being a completely new start-up), requires disruption of the status quo which if engaged must be seen through to are definition of the organisation operating model(s), process, systems and particularly, it’s culture.
This is not a process you can start and not finish – but working with you as senior leaders to help you understand what it will take, establish your capacity to lead and embed the necessary changes, engage with yourpeople to get commit to those changes, is what we do best.
