We have extensive experience of conducting employment investigations with allegations of harassment or discrimination.

We are frequently asked to investigate allegations relating to race and gender. We have excellent analytical skills, and in-depth knowledge of the legislation concerning discrimination, harassment and bullying, as well as vast experience of internal procedures for handling grievances and discipline. 

We have outstanding interviewing skills, and are particularly adept at sensitive handling of difficult and complex cases of discrimination, harassment and bullying.
